The Tilly is a dream of a dress. It features a double scalloped collar, with a dyed to match overstitch in the same color as the beautiful dahlia block print cotton it is made in. The pretty scallop detail appears again on the shirred cuffs which we think would look lovely peeking out under the sleeves of a cardigan. It has a flattering v-shaped neckline and is buttoned through to the hem with a full bottom tier. Like all O & I pieces, it’s a true day-to-night gem.
