The ruffles on the front of this blouse are gathered with a san gallo organza trim custom made by a couture quality ricamificio in the north of Italy. The yokes at the front and back were custom made specifically for this piece. A lovely scalloped shape is drawn around the neckline. Crafted in a custom made san gallo cotton organdy.
