This honey is sourced from the apiaries found among the humid forests in the " huasteca" region of Hidalgo, México. This delicious honey has notes of citrus, a dense body, reddish-amber color and intense flavor obtained through extraction, filtration, and decantation "in situ" process. It's 100% natural product, and may crystallize over time.
