As a young child in the '90s, I rode around in the passenger seat of my aunt's 1994 thunderbird singing quite poorly creedence clearwater revival's "Lookin' out my backdoor" at the top of my lungs. The jude vest is inspired by that very aunt who made her own halter tops in the '70s and pushed me to make things as a child. This very special crochet vest is made using tanguis cotton, which was bred in peru, and has a longer and thicker fiber making it more durable and long lasting than conventional cotton.
