The Darcie is the blouse version of our popular Tilly scalloped edge dress. It features a double scalloped collar, with a dyed to match overstitch in the same color teal as the beautiful dahlia block print cotton it is made in. The pretty scallop detail appears again on the shirred cuffs which we think would look lovely peeking out under the sleeves of a cardigan.
