Being active means being in motion – and that means a lot of friction. Constant rubbing causes irritation, blisters, and even serious wounds. Oftentimes, raw skin becomes an extra hurdle to getting to where we want to go.
Instead of letting our skin take the beating, we need to have a barrier strong enough to protect us, and light enough to not weigh us down.
