We sell a variety of items and always strive to deliver them to you a.s.a.p. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $35Orders of $34.99 or less will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.99 and are ineligible for free shipping.

FYI – Hazmat items subject to federal regulations and larger items (products with dimensions that exceed 17.25 x 12.25 x 6.25) and heavier items (5 lbs or more) that require more handling time are delivered via Ground shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days.

 

Where do you ship to?

 

We currently only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

 

Can I expedite my order to next-day shipping?

 

At this time, we don’t offer expedited shipping, but we do have Free Shipping available on all orders over $35Most orders arrive between 2-5 days from your order date depending on processing times. 

 

(We do have an exception of hazmat items that are subject to further inspection and larger items that require more handling time.)

When will I receive my package?

 

Most orders placed before 10 a.m. PST ship within one business day. However, the time of arrival depends on the processing times. For more info about delivery times, check the product pages or your cart for estimated shipping and delivery dates.

We provide an estimated delivery date with all orders, and we anticipate that the majority of packages will be delivered within this timeframe. The shipping timeframe starts when the item ships, after having been selected and packed in the box we’ve prepared for you. However, please be aware that circumstances outside of our control in the shipping process can cause delays, and processing time does vary.

In line with the shipping industry’s standards, ship time is calculated by business days, meaning Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays don’t count toward the total time. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please be aware that certain products contain hazardous materials that are subject to transportation regulations which can delay delivery.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order? 

To help us prevent any shipping delays, you have 10 minutes from the time of placing your order to cancel or make any changes to it. Please call or text our Verishop Specialists at +1 (888) 364-5828 for immediate order assistance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. In case you miss this window, you can easily make a return or exchange, which are both free to do!
