Verishop Inc. (“Verishop,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from users of our Services (“Users”).

1. Information We Collect
We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.
1.1. Information You Provide to Us.
Registration, Profile, and Order Information. When you sign up for an account, place an order, sign up for notifications or updates, or participate in our Services in any way, we may ask you for your name, gender, email address, shipping address, and phone number. If you sign up using a social media account, we will also receive information from those social media services such as your name, email address, and profile photo.
Feedback, Forums, Comments, Surveys, and Reviews. We receive information when you rate and review products, write comments, create lists, vote, upload videos or pictures, submit feedback, participate in our forums or surveys, or otherwise post content using the Services.
Sweepstakes, Contests, and Giveaways. If you participate in a sweepstakes, contest, or giveaway on our Services, we may ask you for contact information such as your email address and/or phone number to notify you if you win. We may also ask for first and last names, and sometimes mailing addresses to ship the prize to you. In some situations, we may need additional information as part of the entry process, such as a prize selection choice. These sweepstakes, contests, and giveaways are voluntary.
Preferences and Settings. We receive information when you select preferences and favorites or change settings available to you on the Services.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our customer support team, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you may choose to provide. If you subscribe to our emails, we will collect additional information from you, including but not limited to your email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open and/or click on them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Service, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third party payment processors on our behalf. We use the payment services of Stripe, PayPal, and Affirm.
1.2 Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.
Location Information. When you choose to use location-based features in our Services, we receive your precise location information. We use your location information to provide you with location-based content, including local offers. We may also identify your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address.
Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.
Screen Capture. When you use Shop Party, we may capture your screen in order to broadcast it to other users in that Shop Party. In such circumstances, and subject to our Terms of Service, the information present on your screen may be available to other users in that Shop Party.
Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the searches you conduct, purchases you make, and the dates and times of your visits.
Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and third party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Our third party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to our Services.

1.3 Information We Receive from Third Parties.
Third parties. We may receive additional information about you, such as demographic data, from third parties such as data or marketing partners and combine it with other information we have about you.
2. How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the information we collect: • To provide, maintain, improve, and enhance our Services;
• To personalize your experience on our Services such as by providing tailored content and recommendations;
• To understand and analyze how you use our Services and develop new products, services, features, and functionality;
• To communicate with you, provide you with updates and other information relating to our Services, provide information that you request, respond to comments and questions, and otherwise provide customer support;
• To allow you to sign up for the Services through and facilitate a connection between third parties, such as social networks, and the Services;
• To update your status on your social networks, to send messages on your behalf to your social networks, and to provide other features and services to you;
• For marketing and advertising purposes, such as developing and providing promotional and advertising materials that may be relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to you, or to provide you with our loyalty program, including earning and redeeming rewards;

3. How We Share the Information We Collect
Affiliates. We may share any information we receive with our affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Vendors and Service Providers. We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services. In some cases, we may exchange, share, and/or cross-reference information, including contact information about you, that will enable such persons or entities to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you. This section does not apply to mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent information collected for SMS text programs.
Users. When you use Shop Party, other Users in that Shop Party may have access to information concerning your purchases if you’ve provided consent for such functionality.
User Provided Content. Our Services provide Users the ability to rate and review products, write comments, create lists, upload videos and pictures, submit feedback, participate in our forums, and otherwise post content to our websites and applications. The content you post, along with your name, user name, and other profile information is generally viewable and searchable by other Users. You may be able to edit or delete certain content, subject to "Your Choices" below. We are not responsible for other Users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Services.
Analytics Partners. We may share your information with our analytics partners, including Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, and Segment.io to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources.
Advertising Partners. We work with third party advertising partners to show you ads that we think may interest you.
As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through the Services.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. We may transfer your information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets. The use of your information following any of these events will be governed by the provisions of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time the applicable information was collected.
Consent. We may also disclose your information with your permission.

We provide you the ability to exercise certain controls and choices regarding our collection and use of your information. Please note that for some of these choices, we may need to verify your identity before we respond to your request.

Deleting Your Information. You have the right to ask that we delete your information, subject to appropriate exceptions. To submit such a request, please contact us at privacy@verishop.com or submit a form here.
Analytics Services. As noted above, we use Google Analytics. You can learn about Google’s practices by going to https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, and opt-out of them by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising. Some of our advertising partners are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (http://optout.networkadvertising.org) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (http://optout.aboutads.info). If you do not wish to receive personalized ads, please visit their opt-out pages to learn about how you may opt out of receiving web-based personalized ads from member companies. You can access any settings offered by your mobile operating system to limit ad tracking, or you can install the AppChoices mobile app to learn more about how you may opt out of personalized ads in mobile apps.
Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive transactional messages from us, such as order or account-related information.
If you choose not to provide us with information we collect, some features of our Services may not work as intended.
5. California Privacy Rights
Minors. If you are a California resident under the age of 18, California Business and Professions Code § 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted on any of our Services. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to privacy@verishop.com with the subject line “CALIFORNIA MINOR CONTENT REMOVAL REQUEST.” Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.
Do Not Track. Under California law, website operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser "do not track" signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information of a consumer over time and across third party websites, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. At this time, we do not track our customers' personal information over time and across third-party websites. This law also requires website operators to disclose whether third parties may collect personally identifiable information about their users' online activities over time and across different websites when the users use the operator's website. Verishop does not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer's online activities over time and across different websites when a consumer uses our Services.
6. Third Parties
Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate, including to various social media providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
7. Security
We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, as no electronic transmission of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.
8. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 16 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children under 16 years of age. If you learn that a child under 16 years of age has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, then you may alert us at privacy@verishop.com.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If we materially change the ways in which we use or share personal information previously collected from you through the Services, we will notify you through the Services, by email, or other communication.
